Comprehensive rental strategy session with property analysis, market comparison, and a full income projection report.

Setup & Launch
$500–2,000

$500 for occupied units. $1,000 for vacant properties or units where the tenant vacates within 90 days of signing. $2,000 for vacation rental setup. Includes staging coordination, platform listing, lease template, and pre-launch compliance review.

Operations Coordination
10–15%

Mid-term rentals: 15% of monthly rent collected. Long-term rentals: 10% of monthly rent collected. $250 minimum per month. Owner collects rent directly and remits fee by the 5th of each month.

Coordination of repairs, inspections, and maintenance outside standard operations. Billed in 30-minute increments.
